Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Purpose
This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Lyon Champagne Consulting (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Our goal is to maintain professionalism and respect for both our clients’ time and ours.
2. No Refunds
All payments made to Lyon Champagne Consulting are non-refundable.
Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes leadership coaching sessions, consulting engagements, workshops, or strategy meetings.
If you have prepaid for services and choose to discontinue before they are completed, remaining funds may be applied as a credit toward future sessions at our discretion, but will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To provide fair scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. -
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice:
The full session fee will be charged unless the appointment can be rescheduled within the same work week (Monday–Friday). -
Missed sessions or no-shows:
Sessions missed without notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
We understand that unexpected events may occur. If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling.
4. Group or Organizational Engagements
For organizational consulting projects, workshops, or team sessions, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the signed client agreement. In general, cancellations made less than five (5) business days before a scheduled engagement may result in forfeiture of deposits or incurred fees.
5. Technical or Access Issues
If a virtual session is disrupted due to a technical issue (e.g., connectivity failure, platform outage), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for technical interruptions.
