Service Description

Designed to support leadership in understanding how incident(s) occurred, the conditions that enabled incident(s) to occur, and strategies for mitigating, managing, and repairing the incident. Usually involves: Listening sessions & feedback generation from staff across organizational levels 1:1 listening sessions with leadership and impacted stakeholders (as appropriate) Individual and small group coaching sessions with leadership When appropriate, whole staff meetings for repair and path-setting moving forward
